The 17th National Sports Festival "Garden City Games" was held in Port Harcourt.

The cycling event took place from 29th June2011 to 9th July 2011.

'Team Rivers' won most of the Gold Medals & Silver Medals for cycling in both men and women races for sprint, time trials and road races.
